The Board of Directors has several documents that it has collected pertaining to the bylaws and official documentation of the neighborhood. They are linked below.

Association Bylaws
The University Hills Association consists of all residents of Sub 2, Sub 3, and Sub 4, and those in Sub 1 that choose to optionally join the association by paying their annual dues. The bylaws for this association are as follows:

Annual Meeting Minutes
Our Annual Meetings are mandatory once-a year meetings that are held in February/March each year.

Echoes Newsletter
The Echoes is a newsletter distributed to UHills residents periodically. It talks about some of the proposed social events in the coming months and gives an update on other subdivision projects and committees.

National Neighborhood Watch
University Hills participates in the National Neighborhood Watch Program (NNWP). The NNWP is designed to involve individual citizens in the crime prevention process. Neighborhood Watch focuses on the prevention of residential burglary.
