The President of our HOA is in charge of coordinating all efforts in the subdivision in order to make the Association run smoothly. \u00a0They lead the monthly HOA meetings and make sure all other Board Members report regular updates from their positions.<\/p>\n

Vice President<\/p>\n

The Vice President of our HOA acts as a backup of the President. \u00a0They are also the leader of the Long Range Planning Committee, and may head other special projects as needed.<\/p>\n

The Treasurer is in charge of keeping a balanced record of all debits and credits done through the Association. \u00a0They are also the main contact for questions about your \u00a0dues payment, or HOA membership status.<\/p>\n

Maintenance Chairman<\/p>\n

The Maintenance Chairman is the head contact for maintenance issues in the subdivision. From a downed tree in the commons, to HOA lawn maintenance questions, to issues with our Pavilion, our Maintenance Chairman works to make sure the sub is kept in good condition at all times.<\/p>\n

Our Social Chairman is in charge of planning the various social events our sub holds on a regular basis. \u00a0We have a popular Easter Egg Hunt, Campout in the Commons, our Annual 4th of July Picnic, Road Rally, and also a fall favorite Chili Cookoff. \u00a0We’re always looking to add new events!<\/p>\n

Board Meetings<\/h4>\n

The Board of Directors meets monthly throughout the year.\u00a0 Additionally, they have frequent communication via email, phone and text in order to make sure the neighborhood is running smoothly.\u00a0 If you would like to discuss a particular topic, please contact the President to be added to the agenda.\u00a0 The meetings start at 7:00 pm and last from 1\u00bd to 2 hours.\u00a0 Residents can attend meetings and can contact the board to confirm meeting date and location prior to attending.\u00a0 Meeting minutes are available upon request.<\/p>\n

  • LONG RANGE PLANNING COMMITTEE (Chair: Tim Mrock) .\u00a0 <\/strong>This committee helps plan priority and funding for items needing repair or replacement and considers larger projects for future improvements.<\/li>\n
  • COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE (Chair: Vacant (Board Volunteers) .\u00a0 <\/strong>In the interest of keeping our neighborhood well-informed, of events around them and actions of the Board of Directors, this committee provides multiple forms of communication.\u00a0 Included are our website, newsletters, and directory.<\/li>\n
  • COMMUNITY RELATIONS COMMITTEE.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong>(Chair: Vacant (Board Volunteers) <\/span>This committee is currently without a chair, and is handled as necessary, by the Board.\u00a0 Its function is to forward our relations with the city as well as neighboring subdivisions.<\/li>\n
  • LUMINARIAS COMMITTEE<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0(Chair: Vacant (Board Volunteers)<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>This committee is currently without a chair, any volunteers would be greatly appreciated! <\/span>This committee takes orders for our holiday luminarias, and assembles them for pickup by the residents in time for Christmas Eve.\u00a0 Luminaries are also placed along the Croydon entrance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
